     The mission of the American Business Women's Association is to bring together businesswomen of diverse occupations and to provide opportunities for them to help themselves and others grow personally and professionally through leadership, education, networking support and national recognition.

We meet the second Tuesday of each month at Hasta La Pasta in Katy, TX, at the corner of the Grand Parkway (99) and Highland Knolls. Networking and registration begin at 6 p.m. followed by a lively dinner meeting with a featured speaker.

​RetainAbility’s founder and CEO, Jane Moughon, is uniquely qualified to be a speaker. After studying the Four Generations in the workplace for several years now , it seems as though she has earned an unofficial Master’s Degree in her Specialty of Millennials. 
As a Certified Group Leader (CGL) and Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Jane has earned the trust of many. Her history as a professional recruiter, career development trainer and employment with both Enron and Pennzoil demonstrates her wealth of experience to clients who want to increase profits through carefully strategized retention programs.

Jane is a life-long learner, dedicated to constant improvement and expansion of her expertise. She earned her Master’s of Science in Human Resource Management from Houston Baptist University. Her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration included a major in Accounting. The University of Houston also certified her in the “Coaching Tools for Leaders” program. Professional memberships include the Texas Diversity Council, and American Society of Training and Development.
